I am coming to Lebanon next week for the first time in 16 years, and I hope to get in at least one run around the city. Is the Nike+ run club free for anyone to come and run?

Hi Alex 🙂 Thanks for the encouragement. NRC is free and anyone can join. Try to go on a Monday so you can get acquainted with the team and start slow. However, Tues and Thurs are also open to the public if you can’t make it on Monday. They meet at 6:30pm at Nike Souks in Downtown.
